Q: Do you board pets?
We are not a boarding facility and do not board pets. All visits are done in your home. Your pets will be happier and healthier in their own environment!
Q: What kind of animals do you care for?
We care for most types of animals, but do not care for any animals with aggressive behavior or bite history. Your pets must also be current on vaccinations as applicable for their breed.
Q: Is a meet and greet required and if so, is there a fee?
Yes, a meet and greet is required before we will schedule visits with your pet. There is no charge for a meet and greet.
Q: How can I prepare for our meet and greet?
You should be prepared to provide us with a key to your home, any alarm/garage codes, payment in full for contracted services, emergency contact information and veterinarian contact info.
Q: If I return home early from my trip will I receive a refund?
No, there are no refunds for early returns. On a case by case basis a credit may be given based on the circumstances.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
For daily dog walk clients, 24 hours notification is required to receive a credit for future services. We understand same day emergencies or sicknesses may arise, but we ask to please notify us prior to 9:00am in order to receive a credit in those cases. For vacation or drop-in pet sitting visits, 3 days or more notification is requested to cancel services without penalty.
